The Tardis drawing upon which Richard Bradley based his 6" model dimension upon was not drawn by him. I drew it, provided the initial full scale measurements, uploaded it to the Tardis builders guild. From there i suspect Richard obviously just scaled it down and claimed glory by sighting copyright. Richard, how can you claim copyright on said drawing since it was my drawing and specs initially?

The copyright notice applies to the website not the drawings. I was sent the plans in an email already at that size and was told that they belonged to the person who sent them. I take people at their word and besides without actually seeing the real plans in front of me it is rather hard to determine ownership. You could have emailed me instead of throwing accusations around and accusing me of "stealing" the copyright. They can be removed if you wish but next time try an email first.

Fair comment Richard. Accept my apologies. I drew and researched those specs for the benefit of all builders. I have never claimed ownership of any copyrights to the afore mentioned diagram myself. Its just surprising how some people can claim ownership of something which is technically the BBC's copyright anyway. Whomever sent the email containing the drawing should not have inferred or suggested they owned the drawing or copyright to said drawing in the first place. Once again, accept my apology Richard, I didnt intend you to feel personally attacked.

Apology accepted. I must say that it is a very good drawing. Is it possible to see the original version as i have only seen this edited "scaled down" one.

If you send it to: thedoctor@tardisbuilders.co.uk that would be great. I will credit your name next to the smaller one too as it was taken from your original.
Regards
Richard

hello and welcome starfire,
As far as im aware both the full size plans in the form of a pdf AND the model plans which are in jpeg format are still on the site. I tested them today. However if you still have problems then drop me your email in a private message and i will happily forward them to you. Happy building :-)
