As part of the 45th Celebration of the Iconic TV series 'Doctor Who' and it's spin offs 'MEMORABILIA' at the NEC which is part of the MCM Expo Group are proud to offer a celebration over the actual weekend of the 1st transmission on TV!
The first episode of Doctor Who "An Unearthly Child", was broadcast on the 23rd November 1963 the day after the assassination of President Kennedy.
Consequently this first episode was swamped by "real life" television, and became a BBC institution quietly and by stealth, in the interstices of more epic television events!
